Established in 2009 by Hardin Holdings – the owner of Atlanta-based Hardin Construction Company, LLC – Hardin Investment Partners, LLC (HIP) seeks to acquire and reposition underperforming hospitality assets throughout the United States.

The HIP team is headed by founding partners and hotel veterans Brantley Barrow and Butch Ross, as well as long time real estate finance expert Lance Patterson. Hardin Holdings affiliates ADVENTpds, LLC and Hardin Construction Company, LLC provide HIP with unparalleled expertise and resources to manage the planning, design and construction elements necessary to ensure a successful project.

Hardin Investment Partners’ diversely skilled team of hotel, finance, legal, development, and construction professionals allows it to respond to opportunities in an ever-evolving marketplace with entrepreneurial speed and efficiency, while maintaining the disciplined approach which has made Hardin Construction Company one of the southeast’s premier builders for over 60 years.

In additional to its activities as a principal, HIP also provides advisory services – centered on capital formation, workouts, and brand/operator selection and negotiation to third party owners and lenders seeking proven, successful lodging transaction experience.

Hardin Investment Partners seeks to acquire and redevelop existing hotel, office and residential properties into hospitality and mixed-use assets which benefit our hotel guests and investment partners in ways that best sustain our local communities. Our talented team of real estate, development, and finance professionals has the depth of knowledge, experience and innovative thinking required to execute complex hospitality projects in challenging environments.
